We collect the phone number used for verification, profile details you provide, university and study stage, premium entitlement status, quiz and learning progress, saved questions, lecture annotations, course progress, reminders, AI conversations, support messages, and technical diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to authenticate your account, show the correct curriculum, save progress, provide learning features, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve reliability. Neurify does not use your learning information to make clinical decisions.
AI processing
When you choose to use Neurify AI, your prompt and relevant study context are sent through Neurify's backend to a third-party AI service provider to generate a response. AI use requires separate consent. Do not submit patient names, identifiers, or confidential clinical information.
Service providers
Neurify shares only the information needed with infrastructure, authentication delivery, notification, video delivery, AI, diagnostics, and support providers acting on the service's behalf. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect users and the service.
Storage and retention
Account and learning information is retained while your account is active and for only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Security records and legally required records may be retained for a limited period. Local app data is cleared when you sign out or delete your account.
